On October 26, 2025, the launching ceremony of the 2025 China Ranch Conference and the Seminar on the Integrated Development of Mechanization and Intelligentization in Herbivorous Livestock Farming were held in Wuhan, Hubei Province. A field demonstration of key equipment for herbivorous livestock farming was also held concurrently. The conference was jointly hosted by the China Agricultural Machinery Distribution Association, China Agricultural University, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Machinery Sciences, and Huazhong Agricultural University. Experts, scholars, and enterprise representatives from agricultural and rural systems, research institutes, universities, equipment manufacturing enterprises, and related industry associations across the country gathered in Wuhan to focus on cutting-edge topics such as forage production and feeding equipment, intelligent sensing and control technologies, emission reduction and efficiency improvement in livestock farming, and sustainable development. They jointly explored innovative paths and future directions for the deep integration of agricultural machinery equipment and herbivorous livestock farming in my country.
